Incoming Students

The Academy of Applied Studies Belgrade welcomes Erasmus+ students from partner higher education institutions who wish to undertake a study mobility period in Belgrade.

Students must first be officially nominated by their home institution. Erasmus+ study mobility is carried out on the basis of a valid Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA) between the sending and receiving higher education institutions.

Following nomination, students should submit their application to erasmus@assb.edu.rs.

Application documents:

• Student Application Form;
• Transcript of Records issued by the home institution;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Study Plan
• proof of English language proficiency, where required.

The language requirement for incoming students is English at B2 level or higher, except for mobility from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, in accordance with the AASB Language Policy.

After acceptance and confirmation of course availability, the Learning Agreement for Studies is prepared and approved by the student, the sending institution and the Academy of Applied Studies Belgrade before the start of the mobility.
