Gaining knowledge of radiology as a science, especially radiological diagnostics, needed by a physiotherapist to better understand the injuries or illnesses of the patient entrusted to it.The graduate student should be able to put radiology knowledge into practice so that it can contribute to a faster recovery of the patient.
Course Description
Theoretical instruction - The invention of h-ray and a brief overview of the development of radiology as a science. The principle of operation of the X-ray machine. X-ray imaging technology. Basic concepts of head, neck, shoulder girdle, upper and lower extremities, spine, pelvis, hips and sacroiliac joints. The most common pathology and how it is seen in the x-ray. Technique for chest, lung and heart imaging. The most common pathology and interpretation of findings.Basics about radiological examinations of internal organs in the tubercle and small pelvis. Normal findings and most common pathology.Essentially about blood vessel imaging and emergency radiology (dilatation, stent placement, embolization ...).Operating principle for ultrasound, CT and MR apparatus. Examinations and recordings on computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound apparatus. Examples of radiological pathology.\n\n
