{"id":10700,"date":"2022-06-20T20:33:56","date_gmt":"2022-06-20T20:33:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/assb.edu.rs\/?page_id=10700"},"modified":"2026-10-03T07:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-10-03T05:51:04","slug":"incoming-staff","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/assb.edu.rs\/en\/incoming-staff\/","title":{"rendered":"Incoming Staff"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-page\" data-elementor-id=\"10700\" class=\"elementor elementor-10700\" data-elementor-post-type=\"page\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f787a81 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f787a81\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-8758640\" data-id=\"8758640\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b68f457 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b68f457\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Incoming Staff<\/h2><p>The Academy of Applied Studies Belgrade welcomes <strong>teaching and non-teaching staff from partner higher education institutions<\/strong> who wish to undertake an Erasmus+ staff mobility period at the Academy.<\/p><p>Incoming staff mobility may be organised as:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA)<\/strong> \u2013 for teaching activities at the Academy;<\/li><li><strong>Staff Mobility for Training (STT)<\/strong> \u2013 for professional development activities such as job shadowing, observation, exchange of good practices or other relevant training activities;<\/li><li>where appropriate, a mobility period may combine <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/programme-guide\/part-b\/key-action-1\/higher-education-mobility-projects\"><strong>teaching and training activities<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><p>The planned mobility should be relevant to the participant\u2019s professional role and agreed in advance with the appropriate department or host contact at the Academy.<br \/>Interested staff members should contact the Academy at <a href=\"mailto:erasmus@aasb.edu.rs\">erasmus<\/a><a href=\"mailto:erasmus@aasb.edu.rs\">@aasb.edu.rs<\/a> and submit:<\/p><ul><li>Curriculum Vitae (CV);<\/li><li>brief motivation letter or statement of purpose;<\/li><li>confirmation of employment at the sending institution;<\/li><li>a proposed mobility programme.<\/li><\/ul><p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/programme-guide\/part-b\/key-action-1\/higher-education-mobility-projects\"><strong>teaching mobility<\/strong><\/a>, the proposed programme should include the planned teaching topics and activities. Erasmus+ requires a minimum of <strong>8 teaching hours per week or for any shorter mobility period<\/strong>. If teaching is combined with training during the same mobility period, the minimum teaching requirement is <strong>4 hours per week<\/strong>.<\/p><p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/programme-guide\/part-b\/key-action-1\/higher-education-mobility-projects\"><strong>training mobility<\/strong><\/a>, the proposed programme should describe the objectives and planned activities, such as job shadowing, observation, exchange of practices or professional training relevant to the participant\u2019s work.<\/p><p>Once the mobility is agreed, the participant, the sending institution and the Academy of Applied Studies Belgrade must approve and sign the appropriate <strong>Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Training<\/strong> before the mobility begins.<\/p><p>The working language of the mobility may be Serbian or English, depending on the planned activities and the agreement with the host department.
